1. GUIDANCE ON LOGISTICS:
• Product should not be thrown or hit during transportation.
• Product should not be moved in open cargo transportation.
2. GUIDANCE ON STORAGE:
• Product should not be exposed to the sun.
• Product should not be removed from the packaging until installation.
• Product should not be stored near chemical products.
3. GUIDANCE ON INSTALLATION:
• Product should not be installed before cleaning the site.
• Product should be handled with care, impacts should be avoided.
4. GUIDANCE ON TESTING BEFORE OPERATION:
• Test the rotation direction before assembling the transport element.
• Make sure all accessories are in working conditions.
1 - Rollers spinning.
2 - Gears positioned.
3 - Profiles without roughness. • Make sure the structure allows the movement of the transport
element without wearing out fixing elements and burrs.
5. GUIDANCE ON ITEMS THAT CAN DAMAGE THE CONVEYOR.
• Excessive dirt (dirt, concrete, sand, metal residues, cutting sparks, welding,
fluxes).
• Walking on the conveyor or using it as a workbench.
• Mechanical actions (sanding or scrubbing with abrasive materials).
• Before cleaning, check the correct product for the application.
• The structure must be completely cleaned before the transport element operation.
• Effort, speeds, and workloads above the recommended.
NOTE: Non-compliance with the above guidelines impacts the warranty of the
BELLT CHAINS product.
